Using DSPS Services

You must turn in 3 documents before services can start: (1) DSPS application, (2) Online Orientation Certificate of Completion, and (3) Verification of Disability Form (completed by an appropriate professional) or a completed Learning Disability (LD) Intake Booklet. Our website www.sdmesa.edu/dsps/ contains downloadable forms for all documents and the DSPS online orientation. After your documents have been submitted, you will be contacted within 5 working days and an Intake appointment can be made.
